Notes are time stamped and color coded, so you know exactly who said what and when. iWork.com keeps you up to date on feedback by sending email notifications every time a new note is added. Adjust your settings to control how frequently you want to receive notifications.

During the publishing process, iWork uploads not only a web version, but also versions in iWork, Microsoft Office, and PDF formats.
